Position Overview: They are looking for an accomplished Salesforce Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Salesforce solutions to their clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Salesforce, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of the consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements.
- Analyse and document user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Product Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with client objectives.
- Define and prioritise features based on business value and client priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Feature Definition and Documentation:
- Create detailed feature specifications, wireframes, and other documentation to guide development teams.
- Ensure that the Salesforce solution aligns with industry best practices and meets client needs.
Configuration:

Release Management:
- Manage the release process, including coordinating deployments and communicating release details to stakeholders.
- Ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
