Senior Salesforce Product Manager – Media – £100,000 – Hybrid
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Salesforce platform products, including Access & User Management (SSO, entitlements, accounts, etc.) and CRM Data Model management. The role will be joining a leading media business based in the UK.
In short, you will:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Back End services that power B2C and B2B subscription products.
- Guide an agile, cross-functional team to deliver high-priority initiatives that accelerate business growth.
- Have deep customer empathy, data-driven prioritization, and stellar communication skills to convey product value.
- Shape world-class products that uphold the company’s standards of excellence.
- Leverage modern platforms like Salesforce, Zuora and Limio to create seamless customer journeys.
About you:
- Comfort with SaaS-based subscription models.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Product Manager
- Technical/Back End/Salesforce experience
