Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and drive the successful implementation and management of Salesforce projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into actionable plans.
- Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, providing project updates, and ensuring alignment with project objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, demonstrate progress, and obtain feedback from stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and Documentation:
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that solutions meet predefined standards and comply with best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change requests.
Qualifications
- 2 years of proven experience in project management, specifically leading Salesforce projects from initiation to completion
- Qualified to practitioner level in project management (Prince2 or similar Project Management qualification)
- Experience working in a Consultancy environment, desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)
- Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, desirable
