This business are offering a starting salary of £23,000 with an increase to £24,000 after a 6 month period plus many great benefits.Fantastic company to work for.
The Role:
- :Assisting business customers with various queries via Email
- ·Dealing with incoming calls
- Providing and following up quotes
- Samples recording and management.
- Order processing Far East Orders
- Liaising with customers via email and telephone.
- Liaising with overseas suppliers (including European), primarily via email, seldom via telephone.
- Quoting on large quantity stock orders and bespoke item orders, direct from the Far East.
- Negotiation of pricing, lead times, and order specifics with suppliers.
- Customer credit checks via DRA and Finance Dept.
- Processing orders should they be transferred from quote to order stage. Addition to order software – Maginus, and potential other systems/files/sheets.
- Arrange swatches, pre-production samples from suppliers, for the customer
