Savings Customer Service Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service in the dynamic world of FinTech? Do you have a strong background in Financial Services and experience within a savings team in a bank, building society, or financial services company?   • Basic salary GBP25k + competitive salary and benefits package
  • Chester - office based role
  • Customer Service experience preferably in a financial services environment is required
  • Experience of working within a savings teams within a bank, building society or financial services - advantageous but not a prerequisite
  • Customer Service, FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, Lending, Regulatory Policies, Anti-Money Laundering

Savings Customer Service Specialist Overview:

  • Utilise your current or recent Customer Service experience to provide top-tier support to our Savings Customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on savings products, helping customers navigate their savings journey with confidence
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers with professionalism and a customer-first approach
  • Assist customers in account management, including opening, closing, and transferring savings accounts
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our savings products, promoting financial well-being
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and operations, to ensure efficient and compliant processes
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, providing feedback and insights to enhance our services

Savings Customer Service Specialist Requirements:

  • Current or recent Customer Service experience, ideally within a savings team in a bank, building society, or financial services company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries and requests
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle complex customer transactions
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to savings accounts is a plus
  • A passion for financial services and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
