- Customer Service experience preferably in a financial services environment is required
- Experience of working within a savings teams within a bank, building society or financial services - advantageous but not a prerequisite

Savings Customer Service Specialist Overview:
- Utilise your current or recent Customer Service experience to provide top-tier support to our Savings Customers
- Serve as a subject matter expert on savings products, helping customers navigate their savings journey with confidence
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Assist customers in account management, including opening, closing, and transferring savings accounts
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our savings products, promoting financial well-being
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and operations, to ensure efficient and compliant processes
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, providing feedback and insights to enhance our services

Savings Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
- Current or recent Customer Service experience, ideally within a savings team in a bank, building society, or financial services company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries and requests
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle complex customer transactions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to savings accounts is a plus
