Service Delivery Manager
To oversee the day-to-day execution of the "Transforming Service Management" strategic initiative, supported by a dedicated team of service management professionals, while collaborating with senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
Ensure the organization establishes necessary governance structures, adaptable schedules, and opportunities for knowledge transfer among current staff to effectively execute a vital multi-year program. Key areas of emphasis include:
- Applying Service Management Practices (ITIL V4/IT4IT)
- Managing Data Governance
- Implementing CSDM (Common Service Data Model) - ServiceNow
- Tailoring ITSM best practices to enhance value and address current business challenges
- Enhancing processes throughout the Critical Service value chain (including methodology identification, SLA, OLA, UPC, and alignment of resources and suppliers)
- Establishing a Service Management Office
A background in Project/Programme management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP) is advantageous. Additionally, this role involves closely collaborating with and bolstering our Change Management capabilities.
