We are working on behalf of a facilities management company based in the outskirts of Witham looking for a Scheduling Assistant. If you are an experienced individual within customer service and administration this could be the role for you!
Main Duties
- Checking new incoming works to be scheduled, contacting residents and assigning operatives.
- Answer incoming calls and queries from residents and clients.
- Ensuring all operatives have a full calendar for the following day and beyond.
- Planning out larger works with multi trades to ensure the job runs on time and in the right way.
- Liaise with site operatives for ordering materials and assist in any issues or queries.
- Ensuring follow on works are scheduled in a timely manner.
Skills and Attributes
- Experience in customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Understanding of scheduling processes and systems
- Good understanding of planned maintenance works
- Be able to work under pressure
- IT skills essential (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)
