We are working on behalf of a facilities management company based in the outskirts of Witham looking for a Scheduling Assistant. If you are an experienced individual within customer service and administration this could be the role for you!
Main Duties
Checking new incoming works to be scheduled, contacting residents and assigning operatives.
Answer incoming calls and queries from residents and clients.
Ensuring all operatives have a full calendar for the following day and beyond.
Planning out larger works with multi trades to ensure the job runs on time and in the right way.
Liaise with site operatives for ordering materials and assist in any issues or queries.
Ensuring follow on works are scheduled in a timely manner.
Skills and Attributes
Experience in customer service
Good telephone manner
Understanding of scheduling processes and systems
Good understanding of planned maintenance works
Be able to work under pressure
IT skills essential (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)
