We are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading providers of Social Housing in their search for a Scheduling Manager to be based from their Customer Service Centre in Hull.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a team (generally between 8 - 12 ) of Schedulers / Work Planners, who are focused on delivering an effective service to customers in line with organisational standards and timescales.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring Repairs activities are coordinated via Direct Maintenance Teams and Appointed Subcontractors
- Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders
- Training, Managing, Coaching and Recruitment of personnel
- Contributing to system efficiencies and process improvements
- Preparation of reports to Senior Management
Key experience:
- Demonstrable experience leading a Team delivering first class customer service experience
- Experience of working within a logistically challenging environment
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Working to and monitoring Key Performance Indicators
