Scheme Manager

Our Sellick Partnership team are seeking for a permanent Scheme Manager on a full time, permanent basis. This position will be to provide the delivery of high-quality estate and leasehold management service to a portfolio of unique development. In addition, provide expertise and specialist advise on all aspects of leasehold and share ownership properties.
Scheme Manager Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheme inspections consistently to monitor cleanliness, grounds maintenance, decoration etc.
- Ensure the managed areas are compliant with Health and Safety regulations and taking appropriate action where necessary.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, service charge accounts, Section 20 consultation.
- Provide a high level of responsive and value-for-money property service to customers at company satisfaction.
Scheme Manager Ideal Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant Leasehold, landlord and tenant legislation including S20 consultation process and consultation with customers generally.
- Full clean UK driving licence and use of own transport.
- Previous experience of block, scheme, or property management.
- Previous experience of leasehold management (including H&S compliance requirements).
- Experience of setting and monitoring budgets.
