We are recruiting a Scheme Manager to work within a retirement living scheme for people over 55.
Your new role
As a Scheme Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the retirement living scheme dealing with lettings and allocations, tenancy sign-ups and any issues and general enquiries regarding the scheme. You will ensure the day to day running of the scheme and will manage other staff members to support you with administration tasks and front of house.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in social housing is essential and, ideally, you will hold a CIH qualification. Experience of working in a customer-facing role is required, and you will have supported vulnerable adults/elderly people in the past.
