Graduate School Administrator

Then you will be excited to hear that we are looking to recruit a School Administrator in Kingston Upon Thames!
As a School Administrator you will be responsible for handling all administration duties, including handling incoming calls, dealing with emails and acting as a point of reference for everyone in the school.
School Administrator Job Summary:
- Salary is £20,000-£25,000 per annum.
- Ensuring school data is kept up to date.
- Answering incoming calls and handling appropriately.
- Managing school inboxes and forwarding emails to the relevant persons.
- Full-time permanent position, starting Immediately!
- Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check.
To be considered for a position as a School Administrator, you are required to be exceptionally organised, confident in communication and work well with others.
School Administrator Requirements:
- A 2:1 or above degree
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- To be able to use main software packages e.g Microsoft Word.
- The ability to work competently both as an individual and in a team.
- Someone who has a great attention to detail.
