We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our school as a full-time School Admin/Receptionist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient administrative operations within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner. Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Student Reception: Provide support to students, addressing queries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Collaborate with teaching and support staff to facilitate a positive student experience.
MIS Data Administration: Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS) data accurately. Ensure timely and precise input of student and staff information.
General Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry. Maintain organised and efficient administrative processes.
ADHOC Duties: Respond to unforeseen tasks and responsibilities as they arise. Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling miscellaneous duties are essential.
Reprographics: Handle reprographics tasks such as photocopying, printing, and document binding. Ensure materials are produced accurately and promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and Management Information Systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
