Are you an experienced school Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We are working with a great secondary school in Enfield, North London, which is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. As an integral member of the school's Behaviour Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Out of Lessons Provision.

Responsibilities will include:

Out of Lessons Provision Administrator:

Carrying out all admin duties relating to behaviour, reporting to both the Deputy Head and Data Manager for any queries or

issues.

SLT staff will oversee the behaviour management aspect of the room.

Duties will include:

Making sure students who arrive in the room are tracked on the google tracker accurately.

Keeping records of students who arrive and what period they leave.

Giving work out to students and collecting it back in.

Please note that SLT will deal with concerns, behaviour and safeguarding issues. This role is not for someone who is looking to mentor students. The role is specifically to ensure admin duties are carried out.

SIMS experience is required but training on SIMS< IRIS Reach and Google will be given, regardless of prior experience.

Hours: 8.15am -4.10pm(30 mins unpaid break), FULL TIME. The role is initially until Feb half term (9th Feb) and will be reviewed closer to the time.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of using SIMS (School Information Management System)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and a very professional, polished approach
• A flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to multi-task effectively
