Overview:
Love Success is currently recruiting for a School Receptionist with a DBS on the update service to work in secondary schools in Newham on a full time basis. We have multiple roles across the borough in a range of schools such as primary, SEN and secondary.
In this role you will be front of house assisting parents and carers as well as other members of staff across the School. You will be managing the phone system, scheduling calls for other staff and supporting the headteacher when needed. You may be occasionally working in the office helping with administration tasks and supporting the School Business Manager.
The ideal candidate will have three months+ experience working within a similar Receptionist role in a school. It is key that you have experience using SIMS with a DBS on the update service. In addition, you need to be confident using Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
