Due to the retirement of the current School Business Assistant, The Governing Board of Creswell C of E Infant & Nursery School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated SBA to work closely alongside the School Business Officer within our busy school office.
Initially the school is looking at a 2 day position for 12 hours (Monday and Tuesday) working alongside the current SBA who is taking flexible retirement. Upon her full retirement, the post will increase to 30 hours working 8am – 2.30pm Monday-Friday from 1st September.
Duties will include a wide range of tasks including the input of daily attendance data & daily meal requirements, act as the first point of contact for visitors to the school, administration of the admissions process for school and Nursery, dealing with telephone enquiries and other general administration duties.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, be conscientious, flexible and have a welcoming manner. They will need to have excellent IT skills, the ability to use initiative and be able to offer a confidential and efficient service. Good interpersonal skills and a sense of humour are essential for this post!
