Castlefield Recruitment are working with an organisation in the education sector, to help recruit a School Business Manager. The organisation is based in the Greater Manchester region and offer great benefits.

Duties:

• Managing overall operation of corporate functions for the school
• Ensuring school building is compliant at all times
• Implementing required support for the school to operate effectively and efficiently
• Managing support staff and holding return to work interviews

Experience:

• Experience in previous School Business Manager role
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work proactively and independently
• Leadership and management experience within the education industry
• Ability to adapt to changing situations
