Who You Are:
Are you an accomplished School Business Manager with a demonstrated history of effective business management? School ICT Resourcing is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join a cherished Primary school in Leeds as a School Business Manager. This presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional who possesses a track record of success in business management, with a preference for familiarity (although not exclusively required) with LCC school systems and protocols.

Your Responsibilities:
We are looking for a School Business Manager who is an excellent communicator and team worker who is:

• Able to think strategically and lead and inspire colleagues
• Knowledgeable of financial procedures and regulations
• Experienced in working with HR, personnel and payroll
• A confident leader with excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Adaptable, flexible and able to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
• Enthusiastic and have excellent organisations skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Able to form positive relationships with the whole school community
• Able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and their families
• Willing to contribute to whole school community activities and events
• In possession of the National College of School Leadership School Business Manager qualification (Level 4 Diploma in Business Management or above)
