We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Business Professional to help steer and shape our school’s future. This is not a traditional SBM role, whilst a generalist role, you will benefit from working collaboratively with a strong team of other School Business Professionals and School Leadership. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible for the provision of consistent, efficient, and effective Business support across a multi-site and multi-faceted school with input into finance; human resources; facilities management; health and safety, compliance, and business support services.
You will be joining us at a time where National policy is recognising the important work of our School and pupil cohorts. Working in AP, no two days are ever the same. You will be well versed with managing change, enjoy responding to need and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
If you have
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage and lead a team
Planning and decision-making skills
The ability to work under pressure whilst managing a diverse, demanding workload and meeting deadlines
Excellent knowledge of life in a school
The ability to make a significant contribution to the school’s process of improvement
