You will be joining us at a time where National policy is recognising the important work of our School and pupil cohorts. Working in AP, no two days are ever the same. You will be well versed with managing change, enjoy responding to need and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
If you have
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage and lead a team
Planning and decision-making skills
The ability to work under pressure whilst managing a diverse, demanding workload and meeting deadlines
Excellent knowledge of life in a school
The ability to make a significant contribution to the school’s process of improvement
