Remedy Education are working with a large Secondary PRU based in the Croydon area to recruit an experienced school Business Manager, with a specific focus on school HR. This role requires relevant and recent experience and has an immediate start date.

Responsibilities: As the School Business Manager with HR responsibilities, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Simultaneously, you will manage the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations. Your role involves strategic financial decision-making, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field, coupled with substantial experience in financial management and human resources, preferably within the educational sector.
