Due to bringing our cleaning provision in house we are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated School Cleaner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful application will:
• Have a suitable standard of Numeracy and Literacy
• Have experience of undertaking a range of cleaning duties
• Have knowledge cleaning best practices and the ability to follow instructions
• Be approachable and able to communicate effectively whilst building relationships with your team,
colleagues and students
• Have good organisational skills
• Be confident and highly motivated
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Be passionate in motivating, inspiring and safeguarding young people and team members
• Be honest and act with integrity, be trustworthy and understand the need for confidentiality
• Embrace and support the school’s Quality of Life and Positive Behaviour Support ethos
• Have a positive attitude and mind-set, embracing the positive physical and mental health and wellbeing
ethos. This includes role modelling self-care and reflection as part of our wider curriculum
