School Coordinator and Personal Assistant to Head of School

Salary on appointment will be £24,715 per annum, with an annual increment up to £28,131 per annum.
We have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator to join the Faculty Professional Services team in the School of Psychology. This role supports the academic and operational administration of the School which includes line management of the Faculty Professional Services team and Personal Assistant support to the Head of School.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proven organisational skills, which will allow you to coordinate a broad and varied range of tasks and often work to tight deadlines. There will be the opportunity to lead on small scale projects.
Working with a variety of different stakeholders within the School, the University and external organisations and businesses, you should have the ability to develop effective working relationships and handle both professional and business information that is of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 7 January 2025.
