School Finance Officer

We are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic School Finance Officer to join our friendly and supportive Office team. This role is vital in ensuring the effective financial administration and management of the school.

We hope to find a candidate with experience working in a finance role; using the Sage accounting package or an equivalent. They must be a part-qualified accountant or Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualified with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support our School Bursar.

Experience working in education is desirable, but this is not essential. However you will need to have a genuine passion for supporting children to grow both academically, socially and emotionally.

This a part-time position and there is flexibility in terms of working pattern for the 26 hours per week but hybrid working is not suited to this role.
