Esteem Multi-Academy Trust (EMAT) currently comprises of twelve academies throughout the East Midlands & West Midlands, consisting of 1 infant and nursery academy with an enhanced resource hub, 7 SEND academies and 4 alternative provision academies. We are a fast-growing trust with a vision to becoming the midlands specialist hub for SEND and AP. This key role will work with stakeholders to deliver the trust’s vision, aims and objectives through inspirational and motivational leadership, clear strategic direction and high-quality School Improvement and quality assurance work. The role sits within our Central Education Team, which is strategically led by our Chief Education Officer, Clive Lawrence, OBE. Our Central Education Team is a very ambitious, dynamic, talented, and supportive team of educational experts, consisting of:

3x Directors for: School Improvement, Improvement & Development, and Provision & Partnerships
1x Director for Safeguarding
1x School Improvement and Development Advisor (SEND specialism)
1x School Improvement and Development Advisor (AP/PRU specialism – new role)
2x Senior Family & Student Support Workers
5x Family & Student Support Workers
1x Data Manager
1x Integrated Pathways Team Senior Teacher (Day 6 provision)
15x Integrated Pathways Team Members (Day 6 provision)
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Provision & Partnerships and will provide advice, support, and guidance to our academies to raise standards and improve outcomes for pupils with SEMH/SEND.
