School Maintenance CaretakerAre you an experienced Maintenance Professional in the Grimsby area looking to transition into the Education sector? I am currently recruiting for several roles. I am currently looking to recruit a Maintenance professional to work on an ongoing temporary basis, supporting the School site team in carrying out day to day general maintenance and site work in a School based in Grimsby. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the School, although this is not guaranteed.I have a school that is looking for 2 full time caretakers one morning based and one late based, i.e 6am until 1pm and 1pm until 6pm. If you have the licence to drive a minibus this would be advantageous. I have another school that is looking for a Sports Faciliator with Lettings, & Custodian duties. Hours are negotiable, however you would need to be local to Grimsby as you would be on a call out rota. You must be available to begin as soon as possible and flexible with the working hours. As a school caretaker, the school will expect you to:" Carry out general maintenance of the school as well as litter picking" Carry out odd jobs delegated to you by the supervisor" Open and close the school building" Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently" Set alarmsYou will be required to fully register with us including providing right to work documents along with obtaining an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS that will be processed by us but comes at a cost (unless you already have one registered on the update service).
