Think Specialist Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join a prestigious private school based in Bushey. This is a temp-to-perm position so you must be available to work immediately.
nWe are looking for an immediately available Receptionist and Administrator to join the team in a full-time term-time only role (34 weeks of the year). This position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis and would suit somebody with previous reception experience or experience working in a school setting.
nThe position is term-time only + 4 additional weeks.
nOffice hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
nSalary - £26,000- £28,000 pro-rata depending on experience
nAs this is a temp-to-perm opportunity you must be available to work immediately.

Some of the duties will include: n
- n
- Greeting students, parents & visitors n
- Answering calls and managing the switchboard n
- Signing in all visitors in line with the schools visitor policy n
- Placing orders for stationary and liaising with suppliers n
- Responding to email enquiries or forwarding emails on to the relevant departments n
- Transport arrangements including issuing coach passes and arranging transport for trips n
- Manage post and staff pigeon holes n
The suitable candidate:

- Previous experience in a similar position n
- Strong administration and organisational skills n
- Strong and professional communication skills n
- Great telephone manner n
- An enhanced DBS check would be preferred n
