We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Science Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our dedicated team . Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the science curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and the evolving needs of our students.
Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies, providing timely and constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect and enthusiasm for learning.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the overall development of the school.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students in science
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
Commitment to ongoing professional development
