Summary
We are seeking an experienced(mid-senior) and motivated Scrum Master to join our software development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies, facilitating effective collaboration, and guiding self-organizing teams. Responsibilities
- Scrum Framework: Act as a link between product owners and development teams during large projects. Refine project timelines and processes to ensure timely product delivery.
- Project Coordination: Manage each project’s scope and timeline. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Coaching and Facilitation: Coach team members in Agile frameworks. Facilitate internal communication and collaboration.
- External Communication: Serve as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers or stakeholders).
- Backlog Management: Work closely with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Scrum Maturity: Guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity.
- Product Ownership: Help create a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product.
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Agile Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Additional Frameworks: Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Crystal, XP).
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills to manage project timelines effectively.
