Scrum Master/ Senior Scrum Master/ Jira/ DevOps/ API/ HTML/ Software Development/ Agile/ SQL/ Microservices Platform
£400-£500 per day (inside IR35)
Remote – Occasional travel will be required on site to Brighton.

Our client, a well-respected organisation requires a Scrum Master to ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. You will be responsible for creating self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
You will be working closely with the platform owners to translate epics, stories, and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for developers using the rituals and processes of the agile methodology to maximize productivity and speedily deliver value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, promote and maintain high quality, Professional Services, engendering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies, interpreting the same and advising on their practical application.
• Reporting - Regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what frequency
• Provide day-to-day management of work of scrum participants, through all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), co-ordinating their work with other team members, and business stakeholders as required.
• Deputise for the Head of Software Development and Delivery as required from time to time.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Key Experience:
• Knowledge of HTML, web frameworks and web accessibility standards.
• Experience of working with an Enterprise Service Bus/microservices platform
• Good knowledge of SDLCs.
• Good knowledge of professional software development practices and associated technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Knowledge of integration patterns/practices and API management
