The Role:
As a Secondary Teacher specializing in general cover, you will be at the forefront of inspiring and engaging students through dynamic teaching methods and personalized instruction. Your creativity and enthusiasm will be instrumental in creating interactive lessons that ignite a lifelong love of learning. With the opportunity to work either part-time or full-time, you’ll have the flexibility to tailor your schedule to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and possibly 5
- Providing innovative and stimulating lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Participating in continuous professional development to further refine your teaching skills
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
- Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with a passion for student success
- Residing locally or willingness to commute to the Strood Area
