ResponsibilitiesYou will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team through duties including:
- Audio typing documents and correspondence
- Recording all client and matter details on the case management system,
- Setting up new files as a secretary
- Ensuring details are kept up-to-date
- Making appointments and maintaining diaries as a secretary
The Candidate - Excellent written and verbal communication
- IT Literate including Outlook
- Able to work as part of a team
- Takes a proactive approach to complete tasks
- Experience as secretary or a secretarial environment
- Audio Typing experience is a must!
