Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000per annum
Location: Leicester
Full-time, Office based role - Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 5pm - Permanent position
Holidays: 28 days per year (including Bank holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with inbound phone calls.
Processing sales orders and confirming orders.
Producing quotes and handling customer requests for literature and samples.
Collecting and inputting data on to company CRM system.
Working efficiently with operations, accounts and marketing department.
Advising clients about company products & services
Experience Required:
Previous experience working in either a manufacturing, construction or engineering company previously
Experience of using SAGE or (CRM) systems is advantageous.
Computer literate (office 365, Excel / word / MS office)
GCSE pass grades for English & Maths as a minimum
