An exciting opportunity has arisen for 5 security Officers across City Centre Manchester
This recruitment drive is due to a number of prestigious contracts being awarded this forward thinking facilities management company they have a fantastic opportunity for committed and dedicated Security Reception professionals to join the team in central Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and secure first impression

• Verify identification and manage visitor access, maintaining accurate visitor ls and issuing badges as required.
• Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access controls, responding to and documenting any security incidents.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Document all security-related activities, providing clear and detailed reports.

Requirement

• SIA License is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a security and reception role, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Highly observant and detail-oriented, capable of identifying and responding to security and health and safety risks.
• Professional demeanour with a commitment to upholding company values.
• Computer literacy, proficient in using office software and security systems
