Self Employed Personal Trainer

Chris Browning Personal Training is an exciting and fast-growing London based company seeking experienced and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team.

This is a self-employed role. Applicants must be registered (or willing to register) as self-employed.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalised fitness training sessions to clients at their home, workplace or chosen outdoor space.
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to evaluate clients' current fitness levels, health conditions, and desired outcomes.
Develop customised exercise programs tailored to clients' specific requirements.
Motivate clients to stay committed to their long-term fitness goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry research and best practices in fitness training, to provide clients with an exceptional experience and outstanding results.
Maintain accurate records of clients' progress, including session notes, measurements, and goal tracking.
Ensure safety in training at all times.
Managing your own timetable.
Maintain personal admin. Including: invoicing, timetable and session notes.
Requirements:
At least three years experience of either working on the gym floor or as a mobile Personal Trainer.
Minimum Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.
A valid First Aid Certificate.
Public Liability Insurance.
Self-employed status.
Exceptional knowledge of exercise physiology and anatomy.
Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly skilled in client programme design.
Strong motivational skills.
Demonstrated ability to ensure client safety by following proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
Self-motivated and a proactive approach to professional development.
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate clients' availability.
Ability to travel to clients' preferred locations in London.
Desirable:
· Nutrition and/or other qualifications related to the wellness industry
· Sports Science Degree (or similar).
