Job Role: Long term SEMH Teaching Assistant

Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Rate of Pay: £75-100 per day
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join one of our client SEND schools in Solihull.
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students with a range of needs, ensuring they receive the tailored assistance required to reach their full potential. From one-on-one support to assisting in group activities, your contribution will be invaluable in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with additional needs is advantageous but not essential – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the varying needs of students and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
