SalaryExciting opportunity for a Semi Senior Accountantlooking to join a high-profile, medium-large sized Accountancy Practice and continue their studies and develop in their career. The Semi Senior position is a full time, permeant position based in the Sheffield office.
The Accountant will join a medium sized team within the Accountancy Practice to train and deliver high quality and fast paced Accounts Services to a high profile client base.
This Accountancy Practice uses a variety of software including Xero, IRIS and Sage. You will report to the Divisional Manager. Due to the high-profile nature of the client the successful applicant must be dedicated and able to demonstrate good tenure
Semi Senior Accountant Position Overview
- Accounts Preparation for Ltd companies
- Preparing management accounts for clients
- Preparing business and personal tax returns
- VAT preparation and Submissions
- Offering advice and liaising with clients directly
- Ad Hoc duties as required
Semi Senior Accountant Position Requirements
- Previous experience within an Accountancy Practice (2 years minimum)
- Preferably studying AAT / ACCA / ACA / ICAEW
- Previous experience within Xero, Sage or IRIS beneficial
- Live within a commutable distance to Sheffield
Semi Senior Accountant Position Remuneration
- 26,000 - 35,000 per annum
- 5 hours per week 8:30am - 17:00pm
- 23 days + bank holiday and paid Christmas shutdown
