Sen Education Support Worker

Remedy Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Education Support Worker/ Teaching Assistant on behalf of a SEMH School based in South East London.

This position is a full-time role required to start as soon as possible on a long-term basis with the potential to go permanent. Ideally the school are looking for a SEN Education Support Worker/ Teaching Assistant who can start with them immediately.

As SEN Education Support Worker/ Teaching Assistant, you shall be required to:

Supporting Children within the Classroom

• Assisting children with schoolwork
• Experience working on a 1-2-1/ small group basis.
• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced with young people on the Autistic Spectrum and with behavioural difficulties.
• Experienced working in a school setting with EBD children is essential.
