Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant.
Location: Messingham and surrounding areas.
Contract: Temporary (with possibilities for permanency).
Salary: Starting from £400 per week.

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing invaluable support to children with special educational needs. Your compassionate nature and dedication will aid in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one or small group support to children with SEN.
Assisting the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Offering encouragement and motivation to empower students to achieve their potential.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or in a SEN setting is highly desirable.
Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact are essential.
Possession of a driving license is preferred due to varying school locations.
