Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to reach their full potential? Simply Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, with exciting prospects for a permanent role.
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to children with SEN within schools in the Brigg area. We are looking for someone with a compassionate heart, resilience, and a true desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one or small group support to children with SEN.
Assisting the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Offering encouragement and motivation to empower students to achieve their potential.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or in a SEN setting is highly desirable.
Possession of a driving license is preferred.
Resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
Ability to adapt and support diverse learning needs.
