SalaryCreate Education are excited to be working alongside a lovely, Ofsted rated "Good" Primary school based in Tower Hamlets, London, who are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant on a Permanent basis from September 2024.
The school pride themselves in providing a warm, progressive and forward-thinking work environment as well as offering fantastic CPD and training to allow their staff to fulfil their ambitions. They are well known for promoting from within and any staff that come in and show they are an asset by working hard and achieving results, will be fast tracked and recommended for promotions and progression.
The school are looking for an individual with experience in working with children, and those that have supported children or young people with additional needs will have an advantage. This may include ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
