Location: Group role - Based at either Castleford or Selby. Hours: 37 hours per week (we would consider job share for this role of 18.5 hours each). We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, supportive, and positive team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge. As a SEND Officer you will, provide a professional, efficient, and excellent customer focused service to coordinate processes related to SEND and High Needs students. You will also communicate with external partners in all matters relating to SEND Students for the Group. What you should have: Experience of working in a fastpaced environment Experience of working to tight deadlines Experience of leading administrative processes Experience of leading conversations regarding personal or sensitive information in a professional manner Experience of collecting, collating, and relaying various pieces of information for accuracy in a logical and timely manner This is a very diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders. You should also be able to demonstrate: GCSE’s A*- C / 9 - 4 in English and Maths as a minimum L2 Qualification in SEND or willing to work towards Knowledge of applying Data Protection law to working See what we have to offer and come and join us.
