About the role Duties and responsibilities: Continue the development and implementation of UCLMS widening participation strategy which will require: • Working with key internal stakeholders to develop KPIs for the department • Reporting progress and updates to the UCLMS Divisional Director and others • Taking on a leadership role within the UCLMS WP strategy committee • Disseminating updates to key stakeholders Management and development of the Target Medicine Mentoring Scheme. Planning, coordination and delivery of the London Med Summer School. Planning, coordination and delivery of Target Medicine: Become for Year 9/10 students from African and Caribbean backgrounds. Management and development of wider UCLMS outreach activities. About you Occasional evening work is required (approximately 20 evenings per year). This may include off site working in the Greater London area. In view of the nature of the work involved, any offer of employment will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
