Hybrid - 2 days WFH, 3 days in Tunbridge Wells
Full Time: Mon-Fri 9am-17:30pm (Flexible Options Available)

Are you an experienced Account Director with experience working in Creative Agencies? Are you coming to the end of a project and looking for something fresh and exciting? We have the role for you! My client are a strategic creative agency that work with some incredible brands, from cars to milkshakes. They are currently on the hunt for an experienced Account Director who can cover an 11 month FTC, working on one of their valued client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong and influential relationships with the client teams through effective communication
- Take clear and specified briefs from clients and ensure these are interigated and professionally responded to
- Lead client health checks and project wash ups
- Understand key client challenges and client KPI's - Lead pro-active brand growth strategies
- Maximise opportunities to bringing in additional income by identifying new projects to sell into your client's business
- Actively chasing both client and team on financials to achieve and exceed monthly budget targets
- Responsible for forecasting and completing invoices on time
- Ensure effective management of financial reporting and relevant trackers
- Collaborate with the project team and the client to agree on budgets, scope, and timelines
- Produce and deliver comprehensive formal client presentations to both client and internal stakeholder
About you:
You will be a passionate and experienced brand builder, and have led the growth of big brands. You will have knowledge and experience of working on through the line campaigns, including social media content planning and activation. You will be natural at collaboration and calm under pressure, with exemplary relationship management skills, both with your clients and your internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Director
- Previous Creative Agency experience
- Experience line managing a small team
