Senior Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site)

Our well-established, marketing services client is looking for a Senior Account Manager who is innovative, creative and confident working with luxury packaging.
As a Senior Account Manager you will be based on-site at the client's head office and will be responsible for assigned brands and will be the primary point of contact for the clients' social brand teams.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all creative briefs are delivered successfully, managing all aspects of your projects through the production process, and updating all trackers accordingly.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, project management skills and proactive engagement to ensure end-to-end project delivery.
Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' requirements and their vision
- Collaborate closely with clients to deliver their desired outcomes
- Understand the status of live projects and anticipate future project needs
- Attend all brand meetings and briefings onsite
- Manage and deliver projects from start to finish within agreed budgets and deadlines
- Perform quality control checks on all deliverables before presenting them to the client
- Have an understanding of print production techniques, materials and sustainable options
- Manage conflicts between project time, cost and quality challenges
- Take responsibility for the financial health of projects within assigned brands
- Provide initial quotes to clients and ensure revised costs are updated before final invoicing and production commencement
- Continuously improve client relationships by analysing and enhancing current working methods.

 
Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in production / creative roles
- Account / project management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in teams, self-motivate and adapt to changes
- Initiative to complete objectives and proactive problem-solving abilities.
