Job Summary:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Over 6 years of leadership experience in customer service-intensive environments
- Proven track record in resolving client issues and improving contract performance
- Strong client service skills and experience managing complex solutions
- Minimum of four years of financial management experience, including P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated people management experience, fostering high-performance teams
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Directly supervises 2-15 team members, including Managers, Supervisors, and Associates
- Reports to Director of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, Account Director, or Senior Account Director
- Manages portfolios with Gross Profit of 100k – 300k USD and Revenue of 1-3 MM USD across multiple locations and service lines
Job Relationships:
- Internal: Collaborates closely with Operations, Client Services, and functional teams
- External: Works closely with operational client contacts and vendors
Job Duties:
- Oversee contracted operations to ensure client needs are met while supporting employee development
- Manage client relationships, solicit feedback, and identify growth opportunities
- Review financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure contractual compliance
- Lead employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, performance management, and offboarding
- Drive operational excellence through quality service delivery, continuous improvement, and utilization of data analytics
- Participate in due diligence and implementation processes for new business within client accounts
- Adhere to company and client policies and procedures
