What will you do?
- Develop and deliver retail and wholesale business, setting the strategy for international growth
- Construct an effective sales strategy supporting growth across the board - including strong data analysis
- Work in a standalone role reporting directly to the Founder
- Gaining market share through innovation and management of trade and promotional activities
- Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure shared objectives are met
What do you need?
- Demonstrable success in driving a beauty brand globally
- Knowledge and experience in opening the US market is essential
- Ability to build relationships with global partners, wholesale and distribution
- Confidence and skillset to work in an autonomous role, strong commercial acumen and an analytical eye
- Able to work to multiple time critical paths with excellent negotiating skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach
