Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accountant.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and excel in a dynamic environment?
Join our team as the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing professional and reliable accounting services. You will have a bank of client fees exceeding £250k (or PTE) and be responsible for meeting your KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client queries promptly and professionally
- Delegating tasks to your team efficiently
- Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax work
- Identifying and communicating changes in legislation, practice, or software
- Monitoring team KPIs, providing support for goal achievement
- Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance profit margins
- Driving turnover through renewals, extra work orders, and client conversion
- Contributing to team growth and efficiencie
Requirements:
- Qualified ACCA/ACA/AAT Level 4
- Ability to handle client queries independently
- Zero tolerance for errors in client work
- Focus on client retention and growth
- Conversations with prospects, proposal creation, and client conversion
- Training and support for team members
- Monthly newsletter creation and facilitation
- Monitoring internal software for accuracy and updates
