Job Description:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by providing expert financial advice and services to clients. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including small businesses, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring their financial affairs are handled efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports for clients
- Monitor and analyse financial data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee and train junior accountants on client engagements
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and strategies for clients
- Conduct thorough and accurate tax planning and preparation for clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry developments
- Collaborate with partners and team members to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
- Extensive experience in an accountancy practice
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
