About The Role
- Key accountabilities, including overseeing year-end accounts, conducting general bookkeeping, managing VAT returns, and preparing management accounts for a variety of client portfolios
- Prepare and assist in preparation of other financial reports and statements
- Provide expert guidance to clients on intricate accounting and tax matters
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of the work of the junior accountants
- Manage a team of 4
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- ACA or ACCA (part or fully) qualified
- 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in UK Public Practice
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, adept at engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
