About The Role

• Key accountabilities, including overseeing year-end accounts, conducting general bookkeeping, managing VAT returns, and preparing management accounts for a variety of client portfolios
• Prepare and assist in preparation of other financial reports and statements
• Provide expert guidance to clients on intricate accounting and tax matters
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of the work of the junior accountants
• Manage a team of 4
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• ACA or ACCA (part or fully) qualified
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in UK Public Practice
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, adept at engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
