Senior Accountant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to join a company based in Maidenhead. This role offers hybrid working options and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting process
• Business Partner with non-finance stakeholders
• Continually evaluating the effectiveness of the function and seek improvements
  Monitor and report stock levels on a regular basis
• Reporting on slow and or ageing stock, develop necessary tools in close collaboration with headquarters
• Developing procedures for tracking stock at physical locations and methodologies for stock take, In collaboration with group accounting and auditors,
• Managing stock levels within the company working capital targets
• Prepare Cashflow forecasts

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
• Must have a background in inventory controlling in similar environment
• Be a results-oriented person who leads the way by planning and aligning actions
